Wilson has added a 93 square inch head racquet to its Blade lineup with the KBlade Tour. The Midsize frame, leather grip and 20mm straight beam design all hint towards a serious player's racquet. Our on court testing confirmed the KBlade Tour offers the high level of control advanced players seek. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover a maneuverable response from all areas of the court - much more so than typical with midsized player's racquets. The light and mobile weight also makes the KBlade Tour a great platform racquet for weight and balance customization. We found this one to be quite forgiving given its headsize, offering a nice blend of control and some solid access to spin. The 18/20 string pattern keeps the stringbed taut adding precision to shots from all areas of the court. The combination of maneuverability and control is also evident at net where we found a great response when looking to carve angles or put away volleys. On serve this one is all about consistency and control - thanks to a solid response and good access to spin. As with most player's racquets, pace and power is generated by the player and the KBlade Tour offers a consistent response that allows a player to swing aggressively with confidence. A solid performer from all areas of the court, this one is a good choice for the 4.5+ level player.

Like the previous nCode 6.2, the KSix-Two moves away from the head heavy balance of the early versions and features a head light balance, resulting in an extremely maneuverable feel. A classic feeling, control oriented racquet, the KSix-One 95 offers the precision of a scalpel in the hands of an advanced player. From the baseline our TW playtest crew were impressed by the solid response, control and comfort of this racquet. Due to its control oriented response, the KSix-One 95 is well suited to both baseline players and those who like to push forward and attack the net. The 95sq. inch headsize offers a comfortable feel with a healthy sweetspot. We found just the right amount of power for first serves and put away shots, with a tad more pop than offered by its predecessor. Power delivery is very predictable and we found no hot spots or dead zones in the stringbed. We also enjoyed the solid and stable response offered by this racquet. No matter if serving with a fast swing speed or just caressing a touch volley, the KSix-One 95 offers excellent stability at contact. All in all an impressive update to the venerable 6.1 line, with lots of heritage in the feel, but with subtle improvements in the response. Best suited to 4.5+ level players.

The tighter string pattern firms up the stringbed for increased ball control and feel. A good choice for players who like to attack with control and precision and a must demo for fans of player's racquets with tight string patterns. A slightly firmer flex from the frame compared to the nCode version means there's still plenty of pop to get the ball away. The hefty 340 (RDC) swingweight means there's lots of plough through effect, making this a solid feeling stick even in heavy hitting conditions. The same classic 6.1 comfort and feel is engineered into this racquet and players will enjoy a very solid and stable response from all areas of the court. Best suited to 4.5+ level players.

There's still plenty of mass for solid hitting, but it's much easier to generate racquet head speed through the contact zone with this racquet compared to the heavier KSix-One 95s. The tight string pattern offers lots of control and feel. At contact the player is greeted with a comfortable and clean feeling response. We found good targeting from all areas of the court with this racquet. At net the KSix-One Team is easy to get around, offers a very precise feel and impressive comfort. Our TW testers found they could swing aggressively on approach shots and short angles with this racquet while still finding lots of control and feel. Well suited to players who like to attack from a variety of court positions, this one will find a good match with players at the 4.5+ level.
